Flow Link Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Flow Link and the other Flow apps (Flowra, Flow Money, Flow Trail and Flow Link). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Using Flow fairly

Don't use Flow to break the law, harm or harass anyone, track someone without their knowledge, send spam, or try to break, overload or get around the app's limits and security.

Files you share

Only send and share files you have the right to share. Don't use Flow Link to share illegal content, malware, or other people's private files without their permission. Anyone who has a share link can download its files until it expires, so share links carefully. We may remove files and links that break these terms. Each account has 500 MB of space and files of up to 50 MB.

Free and paid features

Flow apps are free to use with daily limits. Flowra Pro is an optional one-time payment for a day, week or month, processed by Moyasar, and it doesn't renew automatically. Because Pro starts right away, payments aren't refundable except where the law requires; if something went wrong, contact us.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you. You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Flow reliable, but it's provided "as is". Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the app.

Ending

You can stop using Flow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. To reach us, open the app and go to Settings → Help & support → Contact us. We reply by email to the address on your account.
