Flow Link lets you send files to your Flow friends or to anyone with a link, and keep the files people send you. This policy explains what it stores, why, who helps run it, and how to delete it.

Your Flow account

One account works in every Flow app. We keep your email address and name. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider (Supabase) and never reaches us in readable form.

What Flow Link stores

• Your files: files you add or save, with their name, size and type, in private storage that only your account can open.
• Files you send: the friends you sent them to, your note, and whether they opened or saved them. A friend can open a file you sent them until they remove it, or until you delete it (we keep files you sent but no longer keep for up to 30 days, so your friends have time to save them).
• Share links: which files a link opens, when it expires, and how many times it was opened. Anyone who has the link can download those files until it expires or you turn it off.
• Friends: the same Flow friends as in Flow Trail. Friends see your name, never your full email.

Emails we send

When you send files to a friend, we email them once to say you sent something, with the file names. The files themselves are never attached to emails.

What Flow Link never does

Flow Link never reads, scans or uses the contents of your files for anything else, and never shows your files to anyone you didn't send them to.

Who helps run Flow Link

• Supabase hosts the database, file storage and sign-in.
• Resend sends the "you got files" emails.
• Cloudflare hosts the app.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your data stays until you delete it. You can delete single items in the app at any time.

Delete account: Settings → Help & support → Delete account permanently deletes your Flow account and everything stored for it in every Flow app (Flowra, Flow Money, Flow Trail and Flow Link). You can do this from the website in any browser too. If you can't sign in, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen first. If that doesn't work, contact us and we'll delete your account within 30 days after confirming by email that it's yours.

Delete any file from Saved at any time. You can download every file you keep before you go.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Database rules make sure only your own signed-in account can read or change your data. Secret keys stay on our server and are never sent to your device.

Children

Flow apps are not meant for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your email with unrelated services.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about important changes.
